- Not to be outdone, Abby May (4) and Sara Allwine (3) each claimed hat tricks themselves, combining for seven scores, an assist (Allwine), 11 shots, and eight on-target boots.

- Kylie Smith got the starting nod as the goalie on opening day, cashing in one save in her 45 minutes as the netminder whereas Baylee Copsey spent the first half in the field and the second half, all 23 minutes and 41 seconds of it, with the goalkeeper gloves on.
