LA PLATA, Md. – The College of Southern Maryland athletics program watched softball earn its fourth consecutive trip to the Region 20 Tournament's Championship Round whereas baseball swept Allegheny County in its Senior Day twin bill.

• Top Performers
  • Lenell Evans was the motor to the offensive machine, fronting the Black and Gold in batting average (.438), slugging (.813), hits (7), and RBIs (6) while being the only player to notch at least one double, triple, and home run apiece.
  • Gabriel Rodriguez baffled CCAC hitters in the Senior Day opener, pitching a complete game (seven innings) shutout, yielding only three base runners without a single walk and doing so with the benefit of only two strikeouts.
  • Mason McReynolds remains the OBP king at .556, tying both Devon Brunnemer and Tyrese Milliard for the most runs scored (4) as he went 6-of-14 (.429) including a club-high four walks plus three ribbies.
