Weekly Recap: Softball Wraps Up Regular Season While Baseball Salvages Week With Saturday Split
The College of Southern Maryland athletics program saw the ladies cap off their third straight winning season with a sweep of Hagerstown and a non-conference win over Delaware Tech whereas the guys salvaged its four-game slate by taking game one of its twin bill versus Cecil.

- Brooke Colliflower was a monster, leading the Black and Gold in batting average (.692), on-base percentage (.733), slugging percentage (1.154), hits (9), RBIs (7), runs scored (5), doubles (3), walks (2) and launched one of the team's two homers.
- Miranda Twigg did a little bit of everything in the circle, picking up two wins on top of a save thanks to an ERA below one (0.84) and a dozen strikeouts.
- Cassie Wolfe averaged a ribbie per hit at seven apiece as she hit .500 for the week as well as the other long ball.
- Carrie Hayden did her best "Lightning McQueen" impression by showcasing her speed via seven stolen bases following her eight knocks.

- Landon Norton was practically unhittable for Coach Sullivan, twirling ten scoreless frames with only three hits given up and zero walks, striking out nine adversaries.
- Lenell Evans was the top hitter by volume for the week, going 6-for-11 (.545) with a team-leading three runs scored, a round-tripper, and a double.
- Both Gustavo Okada and Mason McReynolds let their keen batter's eyes do the damage as they each walked four times as the former also fronted the squad in RBIs as well at three.
