Spring 2021 Spectator Guidelines

Spring 2021 Spectator Guidelines

Great news, Hawks fans! Region XX has approved allowing spectators at Region XX sporting events!

The decision remains with each Region XX school whether they will allow spectators or not. Before travelling to another school for a game, check their schedule to ensure they are allowing spectators.

For ALL athletic events, spectators must fill out the form at the following link prior to visiting campus: https://ready.csmd.edu/covid-19/app-assessment-form. Spectators must also always follow health and safety protocols, including social distancing and wearing of face masks.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, stay home. Livestreams of games will be available.

Guidelines for Baseball Games

  • Spectators are only permitted to view the game from the fencing down the first base/right field line and beyond the outfield fencing.

  • Spectators are not allowed in the bleachers behind home plate or anywhere between both dugouts. They are also not allowed along the fencing down left field.

  • Parking is available in Parking Lots 3 and 7 (in front of and to the side of the ST building).

Guidelines for Men's Lacrosse/Soccer Games

  • Spectators are only permitted on the bleacher side of the field and must view the game from behind the track.

  • Parking is not allowed in Parking Lot 9. Parking is available in Parking Lots 3 and 5 (in front of the ST building and below the PE building).

Guidelines for Softball Games

  • Spectators are only permitted to view the game from the fencing along left field and beyond the outfield.

  • Spectators are not allowed in the stands behind home plate, between both dugouts and the stands, or along the fencing down right field.

  • Parking is available in Parking Lot 10 (by the TC building) and on the street leading down to the softball field.

If spectators are not following these guidelines, they may be asked to leave.

We appreciate your cooperation.
